Can I be the jinchuuriki of the Reibi?

Wanted to get permission t make my character the Jinchuuriki of the Zero Tails. I know it was movie only, but I think it works with my charrie's personality. And would be a good plot point. I'll cut it's power as to not make my char overpowered and stuff.

Bio: The adopted younger brother of the Former Mizukage, he is a crazed and enigmatic Jinchuriki who has been locked away in the rain village since he was a child before being freed by a mysterious man with crimson hair known only as Father. Father trained him on their many travels. To conceal his true identity his hair was dyed and he was given a new identity before settling in the Sound Village. Due to horrifying nightmares, Dai is an insomniac. He can stay up for 5 days straight allowing him continuous amounts of time to train and hone his skills, but on the sixth day he will fall wherever he is standing and sleep for the next 48 hours without interruption.
Personality:Narcissistic, self indulgent, critical and wacky. Though he may not show it the bonds he creates with people are very dear to him.
Goals:To live true to his brother's last wishes.
