You have an expansive knowledge of all elements, which is rare, so you would probably be our attacker. You have strong jutsu, you just need to know when and how to use them correctly so they compliment each other.
Aki, you are too headstrong. You always rush into battle, and it ends up putting all of us at risk, because neither Zero or myself wants you or each other getting hurt. You gotta think about the consequences of going after that guy who just made fun of you, because if you go after the wrong person, it can get all of us hurt. You utilize the Gentle Fist Fighting style, which means you're more defense, or even a scout, like myself. You can use your Rotation, or even 64 palms, to block out chakra.
Now, I'm going to point out my weaknesses. I always put you two before myself, even if it means my own safety. I use the same strategy when I fight, so I'll need to change that up. My jutsu list is limited, but my hand to hand is pretty decent, though not better than Aki's. I also don't like hurting others, as both of you know, which means I hold back greatly. I also fight a bit recklessly. This means that I'll either scout for Zero, with Aki as my defense. So, our formation, which we can call it whatever you'd like, would be, myself at the front lines, scouting for enemy ninja. Aki at my side, for defense and combat, and Zero, you're our trump card. You're the silver lining.

He looked at the two of them with a smile, knowing that he pointed out not only the bad, but also the good in each of them, and came up with a successful formation that was almost foolproof. Though he was the only one who knew why he would be good at being a scout.
