Name: Yin Release: Departed Soul Rebirth

Clan: No, must have access to Yin Chakra.

Effect: This technique focuses all energy on reviving a single person. It requires that person have died within a certain amount of time, however, it has a broad range of time, (about a month after deceased) not having to ressurect an abundance of people, focusing just on a single individual.
This jutsu requires a massive amount of chakra, and can therefore be only used once per day, after which user is incapacitated for the rest of said day during their first use of it.

Damage: None

Name: Instantaneous Counteraction Seal: Yin-Yang

Clan: NO, but must know necessary hand seals. 

Effect:Seal any Yin-Yang jutsu casted on user. It's part Instant Seal and part Constant Seal, causing it to instantly activate upon each jutsu used against the user, while staying in effect without a time or use limit, protecting the user from all types of Yin-Yang Ninjutsu. It's stated that only a maximum of 3 of these seals can be used simultaneously by any one shinobi, as if anymore are used, the seals could cause deadly effects to the user and possibly their surroundings.

Effect: None

Name: Yin-Yang Release: God's Destruction

Clan: No. Must have access to Yin-Yang chakra.

Effect: The user gathers chakra into the hands, which is then converted into a sphere. As soon as it's launched into the air, it creates a giant black explosion that spans a vast distance, destroying everything caught in the blast radius with the user protected in the epicenter. This uses a lot of chakra to peform.

Damage: High

Clan: No, but must have access to Yin-Yang Release

Effect: User forms the necessary handseals and then, using his Yin Chakra to imagine the the technique, he uses his Yang Chakra to make it reality. This technique allows user to release a black water from his mouth. This technique was created for the Sole purpose of countering the amazing, Amaterasu, and it does so successfully.

name:Yang Release- Grand Cross Alignment

Clan: No, but must have access to yang chakra.

effect:This is one of Myuki's most powerful moves, he uses the Yang chakra to levitate him up in the air, and just above his head he opens up a series of what appears to be the astrological event. Holding true to its name, it creates several orbs which take on the likeness of the 7 planets. This jutsu is extremely power, not in only in the terms of damage it does, but in the effects as well. The planets are each imbued with a nature transformation, the user possesses, they can be thrown one at a time, or all at once. If thrown all at once the explosion will be great and very vast covering great range. If thrown separately then the jutsu is not as effective. The jutus is still hard to avoid but the chance of evading the initial explosion is greater. One might still be hit by the shockwave but the damage will be greatly lessened. Ths jutsu power is greatly felt as its pure power alone has the ability to invoke the change of color of the sky, and even emit lightning off the planets. It is recommended this jutsu not be used more than 3 times in one day or risk your chakra level being at 0.

damage: Vast(If all are used at the same time, basically unavoidable, being able to turn whole forests down. If used seperately, still vast, but not nearly as powerful.)

Name: Yin-Yang Release Secret Technique: Creation of life

Clan: No, but must have access to yin-yang chakra.

Effect:It is similar to the Sage of Six Path's Creation of All things. The difference between the techinques is that one does not need to possess the Rinnegan to utilize it. However, it takes a lot of chakra and discipline to create what is wanted, and the larger the thing is, the more chakra it takes. This was the most powerful jutsu of the Minatashi Clan, and was prized by both the clan and the people outside of the clan, and as such led to the destruction of the clan.

Damage: None. It is meant to create life, not destroy it.

Chakra cost: Immense. After this is used, the user will have little(almost no) Chakra left.




Name: Yin Release: Mental Fracture

Clan: No, but must have access to Yin Chakra

Effect: After weaving the needed hand signal, the user places their index and middle finger on the target's head and releases Yin Release chakra into it. Shortly afterward, the target has visions of red and black landscapes which flash uncontrollably. All the while, the target is reduced into a violent rage, attacking the user or anything within the immediate area with reckless abandon. This is bad against powerful taijutsu-utilizing opponents. However, against strategic opponents and ninjutsu and genjutsu users, the target is forced to fight like a wild animal and is forced to use only physical strikes. The user can cast this technique upon themselves to render themselves into fighting machines, but is usually a bad idea.
The technique usually wears off in five minutes, after which the target has slight disorientation. It can also be instantly dispelled by using its sister technique, the Yang Release: Calm Mind technique.

Damage: None, but to the mind, great, renders the opponent a fighting machine.

Name: Yang Release: Calm Mind Technique

Clan: No, but must have access to Yang Chakra

Effect: This is an advanced version of a general mind-cleansing technique warriors use to calm themselves during, before, and after battle. Takeru Higashiyama added his affinity of Yang Release to it to increase its calming effects.
After making the single needed hand seal, the user calms themselves and allows their minds to clear itself of all problems and nervousness. All the while, the user channels Yang Release chakra into their mind and calms themselves further. After a while, the user experiences a heightened sense of judgement, increase in skill, and has a calm attitude towards many situations, similar to reaching enlightenment. This technique can also be used to increase pain tolerance and calm others down with a touch. Unlike its sister technique, the Yin Release: Mental Fracture, this technique remains indefinitely as long as the user has enough mental focus.

It can be used to reverse the effects of the Mental Fracture technique as well, rendering its afflicted victim normal. However, it will not give the target a heightened mental sense either. This mental state can only undone at will or by the Mental Fracture technique.

Name: Yin-Yang Release: Demonic Illusion

Clan: No, but must have access to Yin-Yang Chakra

Effect: Myuki utilizes this technique by forming the necessary handseals. Once he does this, just by making eye contact, Arata can trap his enemies in a genjutsu which seems real. This technique warps time, making it seem that someone is in this genjutsu for days, when actually, they are only trapped for a few seconds.

Damage: Intense mental damage

Name: Yin Release: False Hallucinations

Clan: No, but must have access to Yin Chakra

Effect: This technique is one of the most powerful genjutsu, because he has the ability to control people, and Tailed Beast( however controlling Tailed Beast is extremely difficult.). By giving creatures false illusions, So user can manipulate them into doing whatever he wants them to do. However this technique is very chakra consuming, can only technique 4 times a day. However, this technique can hold one person for 3 days continuously, however anymore people can only be held for 3 hours maximum.

Effect: The user becomes capable of flight, controlling the wind to keep themselves up. They are every bit as fast as they are on the ground, but are now capable of moving in three dimensions.

Wind Release: Guardian of Gemini
Clan:  N/A
Effect: This jutsu must be used in conjunction with a clone of some sort. Upon usage, the clone becomes more than a simple clone, it becomes a complete copy of the user-- down to being a solid, living being. The clone won't disperse unless killed or dispelled by the user, and it shares its thoughts with the original-- they become almost as one mind in two bodies. The clone is fully capable of drawing on chakra, though it uses the same chakra pool as the original, meaning chakra management is still important.

Effect: The jutsu completely erases any jutsus currently in effect on the battlefield. A Lightning Release Armor fades away, water from an Exploding Water Colliding Wave fades into the ground, genjutsus cease working, etc. Unfortunately it effects ALL jutsus, friend and foe.

Hidden Mist Technique
Clan: N/A
Effect: This jutsu creates a thick mist over the battlefield, blinding friend and foe. While it's useless against those who can find opponents by sound or smell, or have unique eyes like the Bakugan (though interestingly, the mist will block the Sharingan, due to being infused with the user's chakra), it can cripple most opponents

Water Clone Technique
Clan: N/A
Effect: The user creates a clone of water. The clone is capable of fighting and using jutsus, but it only has access to a tenth of the user's chakra. If the clone is damaged, it will revert back to water.

Effect: The user creates a sphere of water around the target, imprisoning them. Once caught, the victim is unable to move, but the water will allow them to breathe. The user must keep in contact with the sphere or it will disperse.

Effect: This jutsu can only be used when both the user and target are standing on water. The user causes two crab claws of water to rise up, one on either side of the target, and attempt to bisect the target. If it connects the target will almost certainly die. However, the claws move rather slowly, making them fairly easy to evade

Water Release: Cleansing Hands
Clan: N/A
Effect: This is a simple jutsu used for the treatment of wounds. Water is formed over the user's hands, and running this water over a wound will quickly and efficiently cleanse it. Though not the original intended use, the water can also be used to clean anything else, from clothing to the body.

Water Release: Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Clan: N/A
Effect: The user releases a huge volume of water from their mouth, creating a tidal wave. Though the wave can be easily rolled with to prevent damage, the real danger of the jutsu is in its ability to put the battlefield on the Water Release user's terms, by covering it in their own element.
Damage: Minimal, but it reshapes the battlefield by covering it in water

Water Release: Five Feeding Sharks
Clan: N/A
Effect: The user creates five sharks out of water. The sharks can bite and shred opponents just like a real shark, making them exceptionally dangerous underwater. Unfortunately, this jutsu is useless without water for the sharks to move through.
Damage: Serious, can be deadly if the sharks aren't destroyed quickly

Water Release: Great Exploding Water Colliding Wave
Clan: N/A
Effect: This jutsu is an advanced form of the Exploding Water Colliding Wave. The water is used to form a dome instead of spreading over the battlefield. The dome is a hemisphere with a hundred meter radius, making it difficult to escape from, but without another jutsu the dome cannot move. Even so, the ability to put one's self and all of one's opponents underwater is a great advantage for any Water Release user.
Damage: Little, but anyone caught without some way to breathe underwater can be suffocated by the jutsu

Effect: The user raises a torrent of water from a nearby water source and uses it to pummel the target. This jutsu is usually used with water nearby; attempting to use it without a water source (at least a river) will cause the chakra cost to be doubled

Clan: N/A
Effect: This jutsu is used to modify another Water Release jutsu: that jutsu simply has its chakra cost raised by the cost of Sting of Scorpio and has a longer handseal sequence. When that jutsu is used, the water has a parayltic agent in it: if it enters the body (by being breathed in or through an open wound) it will paralyze the victim within two minutes. Notably, the user is immune to this agent, as is anybody else who knows this jutsu.
Damage: Can paralyze the target if it can enter the body, but does no lasting harm.

Effect: The user creates a dragon out of water, and hurls it at the opponent. The jutsu has limited guidance capabilities, but is mostly dependant on speed and size to hit the opponent.

Effect: This technique creates a wall of water around the user. When used on or in the water, the wall simply rises up from the water itself. When used away from a water source, the wall is formed from water that comes from the user's mouth. This version is less chakra-efficient, and requires twice the chakra of one drawing on existing water.

Effect: The user creates a shark out of water, and hurls it at the opponent. The jutsu is dependant on speed and size to hit the opponent. This jutsu is extremely similar to the Water Dragon Bullet, but it cannot be controlled and does less damage.

Fire Release: Armor of Aries
Clan: N/A
Effect: This jutsu allows the user to set themselves on fire. They and their possessions are left unharmed, but anything else they touch (the ground, an enemy, anything that will burn or melt) becomes heated, and can quickly catch on fire or melt. Notably, this jutsu's name is a misnomer: it doesn't actually provide any armor or defense for the user.
Damage: Moderate damage every time the user is touched

Fire Release: Dragon's Breath
Clan: N/A
Effect: The user releases a continuous stream of fire from their mouth, effectively becoming a human flamethrower. Though the jutsu is relatively short-ranged, it is deadly if it can be sustained on its target.

Fire Release: Legacy of Leo
Clan: N/A
Effect: The jutsu will make a user bold and unafraid. This makes them immune to fear-inducing genjutsu, impossible to torture, and allows them to ignore fear completely. Interestingly, it also makes them and their possessions completely impervious to fire, no matter how hot or thick.

Fire Release: Shot of Sagittarius

Effect: The user forms a flaming bow in one hand, and a dozen firey arrows in the other. These arrows can be fired from the bow at will, and being made of fire they are difficult to block. Once all of the arrows are fired, the bow disappears.
Damage: Each arrow inflicts moderate damage

Since no one seems to have done this yet, I'd like to submit these ideas for the official Elemental Rasengans! xD
Btw, every single element rasengan costs at least 80 chakra. How much multi elemental rasengans cost depends on how the additional elements are added.

Name: [Katon] Chōshinsei - Supernova

Clan: No, you just haveta be a master of both Fire elemental chakra AND the Rasengan.

Effect: Once the target has been hit with the rasengan, it will launch them like usual, but into the air. Once it is a safe distance away from the user, it will collapse in on itself before exploding in a massive explosion that looks like the sun incinerating it's target who is trapped in the center of the intense flames and force of the explosion. At of the jutsu, the victim falls limply from the sky completely covered in sever burns (IF their still alive).

Damage: Sever (If not guaranteed death)

Name: [Suiton] Dai kōzui - Deluge

Clan: No. Master of Water elemental Chakra and the Rasengan.

Effect: Once the attack is slammed into it's target, it immediately turns into a water tornado right there on impact. The water tornado swirls the victim around at high speeds inside of it causing it to be very difficult for the victim to hold their breath. Even if the victim does not drown, they would still have to maintain a proper posture or they will be torn apart by the whirling tides inside of the highly unstable water tornado. The tornado will also suck in nearby people and objects which adds another danger (even the user must get out of the way). A short time (most likely about 10 seconds or so) after creation, the water tornado will burst dispensing a light shower of water (and possibly blood) on the area as the victim is flung in some random direction. Most likely dead.

Damage: Sever (If not guaranteed death)

Name: [Doton] Chikyū****suryō - Earth Mass

Clan: No. Master of Earth Elemental Chakra and the Rasengan.

Effect: After forming the Rasengan, the user rolls it along the ground like a bowling ball. The rasengan will then tear up the ground and most obstacles sucking them in like a katamari (from the game "Touch My Katamari" or whatever it's called). Once the growing mass reaches it's target, they will be sucked into it and battered and broken mercilessly by the other debris rolling around inside. Once the the rasengan reaches a certain size or hits something especially large, it will explode leaving the battered remains of it's victim in a crater.

Damage: Sever (If not guaranteed death)

Chakra Cost: Very High



Name: [Raiton] Sandā kaminoikari - Wrath of the Thunder God

Clan: No. Master of Lightning Elemental Chakra and the Rasengan

Effect: The user will approach the target/victim at a high speed due to the Lightning Element in the attack and hit the victim with and uppercut-like motion with the rasengan ( the uppercut is required for maximum efficiency). Once struck, the victim is then launched spiraling straight up into the air on a normal, negative lightningbolt as a dark cloud forms around them. Once fully formed at an extremely high height in the air, the cloud will form thousands more negative lightningbolts that will hone in on the numb victim in the center of the cloud striking him/her repeatedly and almost simultainiously. Finally, a positive bolt of lightning summoned by all of the negative lightning will finish the target off striking it from above and instantly striking it back to the ground a safe distance away from the user resulting in a huge explosion and crater (for those of you who know the difference between positive and negative lightning, you know how deadly this is. For those of you who don't look it up. Lol! xD)

Damage: Sever (If not guaranteed death)

Name: [Fuuton]+[Raiton]+[Suiton]+[Katon]+[Doton] Ultimate Spiral Sphere; Five Point Rasengan

Clan: No, you must be a master of all 5 elemental chakra changes AND the Wakusei Rasengan. However, this jutsu can also be achieved in a joint effort by numerous shinobi that can meet the requirements in a combined effort with precise chakra control and coordination between them.

Effect: The ultimate overkill of a rasengan. First, The wielder of the techinque will form a Wakusei Rasengan with a core large rasengan and 5 normal-sized rasengans orbiting it. Second, The elemental Chakras are injected into the orbiting Rasengans to form the 5 main elemental Rasengans listed above which continue to orbit the larger core rasengan which holds them in place (for the moment). Finally, the user slams the Wakusei Rasengan into the opponent. The target is then bombarded in a typhoon of attacks from all 5 elements (listed below) before the attack explodes in a giant explosion of pure energy. The body of the victim will likely be atomized and a vast crater will be left in the aftermath of the attack. (This is a vague explanation for now. I will update the effects of this attack later once i figure them out.)

This attack also has weaker forms, this is merely the strongest version. There is also the Dual Element Spiral Sphere; 2 Point Rasengan, Triple Element Spiral Sphere; 3 Point Rasengan, and the Quad Element Spiral Sphere; 4 Point Rasengan. All of which can be used to combine the effects of the elemental rasengans above (combo effects listed below).

This specific rasengan can only be used by few due to the conditons for it's use (though tag teams are allowed as long as one of the members of the tag team knows the Wakusei Rasengan) but the same effects can be achieved if multiple elemental rasnegan wielders strike with their rasengans at the same time and/or manage to form 1 rasengan with multiple elements (Such a rasengan will become more and more unstable and unwieldly with each additional element added however). The easiest way to do combo element rasengans would be with at least one Wakusei Rasengan as multiple elemental rasengans can be formed in 1 attack as described above.

Damage: Guaranteed Death and body atomization

Chakra Cost: Extremely High (all of it depending on the person(s) and their level(s))

Element Combo effects (Note: I did not note the effects of any combos with the same element because it's obvious; you get a bigger jutsu of the same element. Other than that, please let me know of any combos I may have missed.):

-[Fuuton]+[Katon] - Must be combined before, or on impact. The "star" and it's supernova get larger. It also becomes immune to a water jutsu counter.

-[Fuuton]+[Doton] - Must be combined before the "shuriken" is used. It becomes a dust element Rasengan which will then act like a normal Rasen Shuriken, except the dust element will allow it to expand in a dome shape that will disintegrate everything caught inside it at an even faster rate than the normal rasen shuriken.

-[Fuuton]+[Raiton] - Must be combined before the "shuriken" is used. If successful, then the Rasen Shuriken will carry a stunning effect along with its normal effects due to the lightning element. This lightning element will cause lightning to jump out and stun nearby enemies making it even harder for them to escape the move as it expands.

-[Fuuton]+[Suiton] - Must be combined before the "shuriken" is used. The rasengan explodes into a huge dome of water with a swirling whirlpool inside sucking the victims in towards it's center. Once there, the pressure and chaos from the wind enhanced waves will likely tear the victim apart if they don't maintain a proper postuer to avoid this. Also, the chakra severing effects of the rasen shuriken will still happen, just on a slightly tamer scale as the water dulls the effects a little.

-[Katon]+[Doton] - The Rasengan becomes a lava element rasengan which must be slammed into the ground. A few seconds later, the ground will begin to glow beneath the opponent and explodes in a huge eruption of lava and rock as a new, small volcano is born.

-[Katon]+[Raiton] - Must be combined before, or on impact. The star carries the lightning element which stuns the victim and helps prevent escape from the jutsu once the victim is caught and electricutes anything too close to the star The star is also super-heated by the lightning creating plasma. After the star travels into the air however, it is struck by a lightning bolt causing it to explode even more violently and send smaller lightning bolts and searing hot plasma flying around to cause more AOE damage to the area below the explosion. Anything flammable below the explosion will likely catch fire from the falling plasma before it cools into lava, and finally, rock.

-[Katon]+[Suiton] - Must be combined before, or on impact. Becomes a steam element rasengan. It forms a tornado just like the water rasengan, but the steam severly burns it's victim and anything else sucked into it. If the victim breaths in the steam, then their lungs burn too and their internal temperature MIGHT just increase enough to make the body spontaneously combust. Once the jutsu ends, the steam tornado disperses dropping it's victim and filling the area with steam making it feel like a sauna until the wind cycles it away. Soon after this though, a natural tornado may be more likely to occur in the area ( rising hot air, falling cool air, etc...).

-[Doton]+[Suiton] - Must be combined before impact and then slammed into the opponent like a normal rasengan. It can no longer be rolled like a bowling ball. Creates a muddy water tornado (no, it does not become wood style because you specifically need the first hokage's genes to do so). The mud makes it heavier and adds a slight crushing effect which makes it even harder for the victim to hold their breath once trapped within the vortex. If the user has the 1st hokage's genes however, then the jutsu must be formed before use and can either be slammed into the ground or into the opponent. Either way, a great, winding swirls around the opponent and crushes them. Then the tree begins to sap the victim's chakra, stamina, and lifeforce returning it to the user to fuel their next attack.

-[Doton]+[Raiton] - Must be combined before the "bowling ball" is thrown. The boulders in the rolling rasengan become magnetically charged along with the stunning effect of the lightning element. This combo allows for the victim to be more efficiently crushed by the jutsu and also makes it so that he/she attracts metalic objects so that they draw in shuriken. This allows for the user to safely fininsh them off from a distance by merely tossing a shuriken in the victim's general direction if they somehow miraculously survived being crushed in a rolling ball of stone death. The shuriken will always be attracted to the victim as long as it is thrown within a certain distance of them, even if it is casually flicked in the opposite direction.

-[Suiton]+[Raiton] - Must be combined before, or on impact. The water tornado becomes electrically charged stunning and electricuting the victim trapped inside. This nearly guarantees drowning as ONLY the TOUGHEST of the TOUGH would be able to endure the pain of the electricution without screaming.

-[Fuuton]+[Katon]+[Suiton] - Must be combined before the "shuriken" is thrown. when the steamy rasen shuriken expands, it boils the victim alive with a hot, steamy upward current of chakra slicing air until it causes a natural, full blown tornado to be formed. The area must be evacuated immediately (if not before the use of the jutsu) if the user does not want friendly fire and other collateral damage. Since it literally creates a full-blown natural tornado, this jutsu is fully capable of destroying villages if used inside one. Escape is nearly impossible for the victim as they are caught at ground zero as the twister forms.

-[Fuuton]+[Katon]+[Doton] - Must be formed before use and then slammed into the ground. The volcanic eruption is then much more violent, but then the wind element immediately cools the lava creating a scalding hot air current as the lava cools into a stone pillar. The victim is burned by the lava, pelted by rocks and other debris, burned internally due to inhaling the hot wind, and finally, is sealed inside of the newly formed stone pillar. Chances of survival; slim to none.

-[Fuuton]+[Katon]+[Raiton] - Must be combined before use. The Ultra-large, electrically charged, plasma making star shoots higher into the air than usual before exploding like a small nuke in the sky as it is struck by the lightning. this more powerful explosion then creates a more devestating AOE on the ground below and may increase the chance of natural tornadoes forming due to all the hot air that will be in the area due to the high amount of cooling plasma and possible wildfires.

-[Katon]+[Doton]+[Suiton] - Must be formed before use and slammed into the ground. Does the exact same thing as the [Fuuton]+[Katon]+[Doton] combo listed above, except with the possibility of drowning in scalding hot water instead of burning air before the victim is sealed in the stone pillar. If the user has the 1st hokage's genes, then the jutsu must be formed before use and can be delivered either traditionally or through the ground. The tree will be formed either way and begin sapping the victims chakra, stamina, and lifeforce. Once the tree is done however, it will burst into flames in a large explosion finishing the victim off.

Effect:Eye ability similar to the Byakugan. It includes penetrating vision, disrupting eye-based kekkei genkai, and a unique chakra particle extension. It has the ability to use his vision abilities to view inside short distance objects and view the outside world and perform genjutsu that can fool even the Byakugan. This ability does not appear to have the range of the Byakugan, but it actually has the ability to counter that Hyūga trait. Chosugon's  vision also lets the user locate and track others by sensing chakra, picking up chakra from long distances, and noticing changes in an individual's chakra. It is also able to sense how many individuals are present.

Chosugon's vision has heightened perception and analytical powers like the Sharingan, meaning the user can comprehend any details he sees to predict the opponent's next move. The user can also see one's life force. When activated, the user's eyes grow a bright teal.

To help him through it, His best friends, Zero and Akiko have helped him through everything. He can be very over protective of Akiko, as she is always getting herself into trouble.
